This standard has been adopted globally and is popularly known as “WiFi”. IEEE stands for Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and it is a prestigious and international organisation that promotes electrical and electronic engineering as a means of advancing human civilisation. As a senior member of IEEE I have a responsibility to not only be a good engineer, but to promulgate it’s ethos of professionalism and safety.
